Card Declined

There are a few reasons as to why a payment might be declined, please take a read through each one carefully to see if it may apply to you:

  1. Insufficient funds

  2. Risk system of issuing bank

  3. The card is not enabled for use overseas

  4. The card is not enabled for online transactions

  5. 3D secure not enabled with bank

We are a UK based company and we have noticed members haven't had their card enabled for use overseas to be the issue, however it could be any of the above.

Can we kindly ask you to ensure you have sufficient funds in your account. If you do, please get in touch with your bank and ensure they are allowing payments to "T101" or "Recon.com". Also request that your card is set to enable online purchases and enable that it can be used overseas.

The authorisation process is carried out by your own bank and the credit processing providers we use have no part in the subsequent decision. The decline message is sent to our payment processor by your bank with no explanation or justification.

Please note- our system will only allow you 3 attempts with one card. Then it will lock you out for 30 minutes then you can try again.

If you try again and still have problems we advise you to contact your card issuer and ask them to specifically authorise the transaction or you may wish to try another card if you have one.

Please note that we do not have an option to pay via Paypal as a site proving our type (Adult Services) are not able to create an account with them as clearly stipulated in their T&C.
