How to log a support ticket (through app and website)
If you can't find a solution to your problem in our knowledgebase, you can submit a support ticket in English, French or Spanish on our Help & Customer Support section:
The main website’s Help & Customer Support section can be found at the bottom of any of our pages on the right hand side of the screen.
You will be able to submit a support ticket to the Recon team through your 'Help' option.
We will respond to your enquiry directly to your registered email address. We aim to respond every ticket in the next 24-48 hours.
