Sadly, not all of our members conduct themselves in a kind and friendly manner and should you feel a member is being hateful towards you or breaching our Terms and Conditions in any way, we encourage you to report this member.
You can report a member in several ways depending on what platform you are using :
Should you receive a message from another member and wish to report it for our Customer Support team to take a look into, you can report your conversation by clicking on "Report" in the top right corner of the message.
This is the most effective way to report any issues with a member where a conversation has taken place as it sends the conversation to Customer Support to read.
Please Note - If you block another member, any conversations between you and them will be removed from our database, therefore by reporting a conversation, it allows our Support team to see what messages have been shared regardless of either of you blocking each other.
You can also report a member via their profile, by visiting the member's profile and in the very bottom right corner clicking on "Report this Member".
