Automatic security lockouts protect your Recon account from unauthorised access. This breakdown details how to manage and resolve a lockout.
After a certain number of failed log in attempts, your Recon account will be automatically locked to protect the data on the account and prevent a potential unauthorised third party from accessing it.
The duration that the account will remain locked increases incrementally for every subsequent lock out that occurs without a successful log in attempt.
If you have received an email about your account being locked and you are not currently trying to log into your account, we highly recommend either contacting Customer Support by submitting a request or by taking steps to secure your account such as changing your password by using the “Forgot Password” option on the Log In page.
