Every Recon account requires both a valid email address and strong password to be entered to be accessed. Your username cannot be used to log into your account as this information is publicly visible to other members on Recon. Depending on which of your credentials you have forgotten, the process to retrieve the information varies:
Forgot Username
If you have forgotten your username, you can contact Customer Support directly to ask what your username is. Please ensure that you contact us from the email address associated with your Recon account which will allow us to locate your account quickly.
Forgot Email Address
If you have forgotten the email address that is currently associated with your Recon account, you will need to contact Customer Support for assistance. If you contact us from an email address that differs from the one linked to your account, you will need to complete a security check procedure to ensure that the data on the account remains secure.
Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by navigating to Recon.com, selecting “Login” and then choosing the using the “I forgot my password” option. You will then be prompted to enter the email address currently linked to your Recon account and follow the instructions on screen to reset your password.
